Please read these terms carefully before booking our services.
These terms and conditions ("Terms") outline the rules and regulations for the use of services provided by Manchester Property Clean ("we", "us", "our"). By booking a service with us, you ("the Client") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
We provide professional cleaning services, including but not limited to, End of Tenancy Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning, and Deep Cleaning. The specific scope of work for each booking will be detailed in the written quote provided to you.
Services not explicitly listed in the quote are considered add-ons and must be agreed upon in writing. Unless otherwise specified, our services do not include:
All prices are provided on a job-by-job basis via a written quote. Payment is due in full on the day of service completion, unless alternative arrangements for commercial contracts are agreed upon in writing. We accept payment via bank transfer.
Failure to make payment on the day of service will incur a late payment administrative fee of £25. Interest may be charged on any outstanding balance at a rate of 4% per annum above the Bank of England's base rate.
We require a minimum of **48 hours' notice** for any cancellation or rescheduling of a confirmed booking. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the quoted service price. This fee covers our loss of earnings and administrative costs.
The Client is responsible for ensuring the following:
If we are unable to gain access, or if the environment is deemed unsafe by our team, we reserve the right to cancel the service and charge the full cancellation fee (50% of the quote).
We are committed to providing a high-quality service. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning, please notify us within **24 hours** of service completion, providing photographic evidence of the specific issues.
Upon receipt of a valid complaint, we will arrange to return to the property at a mutually agreed time to rectify only the specific areas missed. This guarantee does not constitute a full re-clean of the property. Complaints received after the 24-hour window will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
While we take the utmost care, accidents can happen. We request that clients secure or remove any items of extreme value (monetary or sentimental) before our arrival.
Any accidental damage caused by our team must be reported to us within 24 hours of service completion, including photographic evidence. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, damage from improperly secured items (e.g., pictures not hung correctly), or damage caused by faulty fixtures (e.g., a leaking tap).
Our liability for any damage is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the item, and shall not exceed the total value of the service fee paid for the booking.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website.
